ABOUT STRAVEN
FAMILY DENTISTRY

Exceptional Care and Patient-Centered Philosophy

OUR STORY

A PRACTICE BUILT ON TRUST

Straven Family Dentistry was built around a simple belief: going to the dentist should never feel rushed, cold, or confusing. We wanted to create a practice where patients feel genuinely heard, where appointments aren’t squeezed into a tight schedule, and where every person who walks through our doors is treated as an individual rather than a number on a chart.

We know that dental visits aren’t always something people look forward to. For many, there’s a bit of nervousness involved, and that’s completely understandable. That’s exactly why we take a patient-centred approach to everything we do. We listen before we treat, we explain before we begin, and we make sure you have the time and space to ask any questions along the way. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a longer conversation about a treatment plan, our goal is to make the experience feel comfortable and straightforward.

Our team brings together more than 25 years of combined experience in the dental field, and over those years we’ve cared for patients of all ages and backgrounds. What that experience has really taught us is that no two patients are alike. Everyone has their own history, their own comfort level, and their own goals when it comes to their oral health. Our job is to recognize that and to shape our care around the person in front of us, not the other way around.
